Dear listeners:
After having failed to launch paid subscriptions widely, I have now made all episodes of the podcast (156 in total) available for free across all platforms (this includes Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and more). I wish to thank my paid subscribers for your support, and those of you who have stuck with me for doing just that…sticking around!
I’ve been quietly working away in other directions, but a semi-retirement of the pod didn’t mean I was ever gone for good. In fact, someone exciting has reached out…and I’ll be releasing a new episode soon, as a special treat for the winter ahead (that’s a hint!).
For those not yet in the know, I’m focused full-time these days on my coaching work. As a chronic illness coach, I am supporting women and non-binary professionals as they step into a life that’s imbued with confidence, energy, and empowerment to navigate the healing journey.
I’ve had the experience that many of us in the disabled/CI community view any kind of “coaching” as an offshoot of snake oil…and I’m here to prove otherwise. I get it — because there’s a lot out there that’s not worth trusting! But I also come from the belief that we need to open ourselves up to trying new things in order to explore new results. Health coaching has supported me deeply in my own ongoing healing work (not just physical, but spiritual and emotional, as well), and helped me more deeply connect with my intuition, along with more aligned tools and methodologies to address imbalances. My particular strength as a coach is in supporting an exploration of mindset and identity, as well as offering the resources to advocate for our needs more clearly and directly within our complex healthcare systems.
It’s no surprise to me that this podcast brought me there, too. Through the network of fellow patient advocates I have connected with over the years, I met my own coach…and then pursued multiple trainings, certifications, and ongoing educational opportunities to deepen my knowledge and skills in support of others like me: people who are endlessly curious about what’s possible — and just need the right kind of support to weather the storm (or get the diagnosis, or discover homeostasis!). It’s an honor to witness the growth and change my clients are able to achieve when they learn to believe in themselves.
I’ve created a three-month coaching container called Chronic Health Code to offer the best in health education, resources, and growth opportunity to my clients seeking deeper healing and self-acceptance. It’s comprised of 12 weeks of weekly calls, as well as corresponding video modules (that include everything in my patient advocate brain…for REAL), ongoing support and video/text communication with me, as well as some wonderful extras, like a free energy healing session and access to a few awesome tracking tools that give us data and simplified resources to bring to future medical appointments.
While you await the next (special!) release of the podcast, please take a moment to explore my website at uninvisiblecoaching.com, and book a totally free, no-strings-attached consultation call at calendly.com/uninvisible/free-intake. I’d love to learn more about your needs, and discuss how I can support you. This work is all about what’s possible for you: an expansion of healing, an understanding of who you really are deep down (hint: you’re amazing!), and using your voice in new and unexpected ways to live in more aligned harmony with the world around you.
Maybe it’s time to embrace ease. Because, ya know what? It IS possible.
I’ll leave you with the image above to reflect upon. It’s taped to the wall above my desk, and came from one of my coaches. And so I ask you: What are you going to wear with all those magnificent feathers? Because you have beautiful wings. Sometimes you just need a little extra support to use them.
With love and gratitude,
Lauren x
